Kaiser’s upcoming Community Health Care Program will start accepting applications on November 1.

I wanted to spread the word about it as a resource, in case any neighbors are looking for access to health care and have been falling into the gaps of eligibility under Medi-Cal or Medicare. There are additional flyers (in multiple languages) and other materials that offer more details about the program.
