Seeking Twinning Assistance For Multiple Bed & Mattress Requests

We ask you, our fellow San Mateo SVdP Conferences, to consider the circumstances of
the 3 families below. This unusually large number of bed/mattress requests,
grouped together, is beyond the ability of St Mark SVdP to fill by ourselves.
Our St Mark Conference asks you consider joining with us in a twinning relationship
to help provide beds & mattresses to these families.

ST Mark currently has 3 families requesting beds &/or mattresses:
Family #1- family of 7 – they live in the trailer park on Harbor Blvd,
Belmont, that was flooded & evacuated on New Year’s Eve.
Requesting 3 mattresses & 1 Twin metal, springs base.
Total cost, including shipping, estimated @ $475.

Family #2- family of 4 – they live in the La Selva neighborhood, S.M.
Their rental unit had a bed bug infestation. All mattresses
needed to be thrown out.
Requesting 3 twin metal, spring bases & 3 twin mattresses.
Total cost, including shipping, estimated @ $450.

Family #3- family of 5 – they live off of Norfolk Ave near La Selva in S.M.
Existing bunk bed is broken & they have a 2 year old son currently
sleeping with mom & dad.
Requesting a twin mattress & metal base for the 2 year old. Also
requesting a full/twin bunk bed with mattresses to match.
Total cost, including shipping $800.
